We want you to love your new wheels, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn Heelys in their original packaging. Please ensure the wheels and tool kit are included with your return to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Heelys

  Place the shoes, wheels, and plug tool back into the original shoebox, then secure the shoebox inside a separate shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
